VMware on Hyper – V, another sad story

I was trying to install vmware player on a Windows XP box (Physical) worked fine!

trying the samething with another windows XP VM running on Hyper – V. Got into troubles.

Got a error message saying

Setup cannot continue because Microsoft’s Hyper-V is being used. Please disable it, reboot and start the VMWare Server installation again.

Stopped HyperV services and tried again – but of no luck 🙁
