This may be a nice event yesterday, when I need to couple my mobile with Vista based laptop. Here comes a howto!
- Power on your laptop and login. make sure that it is not connected to internet.
- Power on your omnia pro and connect it with laptop (I used USB)
- In the main menu of your mobile, choose Internet Sharing
- You will get internet sharing window, select USB as your PC Connection and the GPRS/3G profile under network connection
- Press Connect!
Thats all!
I am able to reach 130~150 Kbps with BSNL EDGE and 15 to 25 Kbps (!!!) with BSNL GPRS connection. Amazing upto 2.8 Mbps with 3G network!
